Mitchell) 2 1/4 Pinto Lady, scr. (B. Dyer) .... 3 All started. Won easily by three lengths. Times, 4.40, 4.34 2-5, 4.46 3-5. BLEDISLOE HANDICAP. Of £250; li mile. 2/1 CROCUS, 36 1 1/2 Newton Parrish, 24 2 6/6 Gay Sister, 12 3 All started. Won by a head, two lengths between second and third. Times, 3.17 2-5, 3.18 3-5. PRESIDENT'S HANDICAP. Of £1000; 2 miles. LAWN DERBY (Australia), 36 .... 1 Lucky Jack, 12 2 Willow Wave, 36 3 All started. Bonny Azure was fourth. A splendid finish.
