SOVIET DENOUNCES PACT
(Received 31, 11.30 a.m.) BUCHAREST, Dec. 30. The Soviet Minister is reported to have notifled the new Government of its intention to denounce the nonaggression pact with Rumania. The Rumanian arms contracts with France and Czechoslovakia have been suspended.
