Further explosiona rocked Tsingtao last night as the Chinese blew up water mains, a Japanese brewery, warehouses, and a dye faetory. The Chinese blew up the power station at Tsingtao, thus overloading the remaining station. They also dynamited other atrategie buildings and cut the cables to Shanghai and Japan. The Japanese advaneing from Tslnanfu are now within 75 miles of the city. The Chinese are stiffly resisting in the Wei-Hsien hilis.
