MAIDEN HANDICAP.— First division: Illissus, by Ilaid, 7.11 (Hanley) 1, Goliath, 8.2 (Bartle) 2, Alemap, 8.1 (Weiss) 3. Twenty started, including Denham. Head, three-quarters of a length. Time, 1.29. PACE WELTER: Glenora Boy, by Lord Warden, 8.4 (Bartle) 1, Sedunum, 8.11 (Finch) 2, Jan; 8.6 (Cracknell) 3. Ten started, including Kinsfolk and Red Rosebud. Half a head; a length. Time, 1.41.
