WELLINGTON. Last Night. Beferring to the cabled message from Canberra regarding the starting of the air service across the Tasman, the Hon. W. Nash, who has been discussing the matter with the Australian Minister of Trade and Commerce, the Hon. T. W. White, ' stated to-day" that the discussions between Mr White and himself did look hopefnl, in that the proposed scheme for the inanguration of the service appeared to be completely practicable. It would have to wait, however, nntil some representations had been made to the TJnited Kingdom Government on modifications it was proposed to make in the original scheme.
