FOREIGN OFFICE RECEIVES NOTE
Time of Publication Not Decided On (E«ceived 30, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON Dec. 29. The Foreigi Office has received the Japanese Note. It is about 1200 worda, and is the longest so far received from Japan, which Mr Neville Chamberlain and Mr Anthony Eden, who are on hojiday in Yorkshire, ara considering, The text is being communicated'to the plher Ministers. The Foreign Office is consulting Tokio fegarding the time of publication. Britain infends to publish it fully, although Tokio reports suggest that Japan hfbposes not to publish certain parts. It is antieipated there will be po publication beforo to-night or topiorrow.
