LAMBING RETURNS
Increase for Dominion , Estimates of the current season's lambing compared with the actual number of lambs tailed in previous years, show an increase for the Dominion of 283,496 over last year. The North Island shows a decrease of 241,900, but this is offset by an increase of 525,396 in the South Island. The lambing statistics for the last five years compare as follows: — Year.
