New Orders Issued in Italy (Eeceived 28, 1.30 p.m.) s LONDON, Dec. 27. The Daily Telegraph's Eome correspondent says that, in accordance with the new national eeonomy campaign, telephone subscribers have been in,structed to return old telephone direetories if they require new ones. The old ones will be sold to benefit the Italian Eed Cross. Civil servants have been instructed, because of the shortage of paper, to use the minimum of stationery. Pupils in a Eome school were told to bring presents of soap to send to Italians fighting in Spain.
