LONDON, Dec. 4. The Duke of Windsor is fond of wearing Highland dress. He has just ordered a new kilt which is being made for him in Scotland. The tartan chosen by the Duke is that of Bonni© Prince Charlie. This tartan is a variant of the Royal Stewart tartan, which is the wellknown design of blue, green and yelloAv lines chequered over a red background. The Bonnie Prince Charles version of it is almost the same, except that the blue and green lines are broader, and there is consequently less red. When he was shooting on an estate in Austria recently the Duke wore Highland dress, which included the green and blue Hunting Stewart^ j
