RUMANIAN CRISIS
Premier Hands in His Resignation (Eeceived 28, 11.30 a.m.) BUCHAEEST, Dec. 27. M. Tatarescu saw King Carol yesterday in the Carpathian mountains and handed Tum his resignation on the ground that the election results show that the Government has no majority in the new ehamber. The Eumanian Government, whose submarine contracts hitherto have been placed in Britain, has ordered four submarines from the Gydnia shipyards, Po land. The firm is also constructing seaplanes and aeroplanes for Eumania.
