LICENCE CANCELLED
TIMARU, This Bay. Charged with being intoxicated in charge of a car Henry Arnold, who pleaded guilty, was fined £12 10/- and his licence was cancelled till January 1, 1939. "You know the penalty must be heavy for this type of offence, as there is so much of it during this holiday time," said the Magistrate, Mr. H. Morgan.
