. WELLINGTON, Last Night. "I was impressed by the air of prosperity apparent in both Melbourne and Sydney, and with* the surprising amountof building going on," said Mr E. P. Yaldwin, late general manager of the Commereial Bank of Australia at Wel-. lington, who has just been -over there, Mr Yaldwin said that in Sydney there was evidence of a building boom of no mean proportions. He considered the potentialitie® of Australia unlimited and it was good to hear that relations between the Commonwealth and New Zealand were being steadily improved,
