Mutton Market Firm .The New Zealand Meat. Producers' Board advises that the following are the ruling prices of wholesale quantities of the descriptions of frozen meat mentioned and are for representative parcels of the goods sold on Wednesday, December 22. Chilled beef prices are averages of the week on which this list is issued. All prices are on the basis of deelivered to Smithfield market: — New Zealand Sheep. — Crossbred wethers and/or maiden ewes: 48/unaer, 6d (6a); 49/56, 5£d (BJd); 57/64, 5 l-8d (5d); 65/72, 4fd (4fd). . Ewes: 48/ under, 4 3-8d (4 3-8d); 49/56, 3 V-Sd (3 7-8d) ; 57/64, 3fd (3fd); 65/72, 34d (34d). New Zealand Lambs. — Not quoted.
