N.Z. LEAGUE TOUR OF ENGLAND PROPOSED
LONCON, Bec. 23. The Eugby League ban on "poaehihg" of players will operate until December 31, 1940. Mr SuUderland addressed the counCil on the progress which New Zealand was making and said he considered that the present was an op^ortuhe time to Oxtend an eheotlragiug hand ivith a view to haviiig a New Zealand team visit England in 1939. The council will consider this at its , Jhnuary meeting.
