Australia Not Responsible For Delay (Eeceived 24, 1.30 p.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 24. Mr J. A. Lyons, Prime Minister, denied the suggestions by Mr M. J, Savage, N.Z. Prime Minister, that Australia was responsible for tbe delay in the inauguration of tbe trans-Tasman air service. Mr Lyons said that the Commonwealth was no more to blame than the Dominion.
