(Eeceived 24, 2.0 p.m.) • CAIEOj Dec. 23. Tbe Wafd executive resolved that if Cabinet is dismissed it will resign, and no member of the Wafd will fo-^i a new Cabinet. Anyone accepting tbe ckarge will be deemed to be a ffaitor and be expelled from tbe party. Tbe only dissenti,ent was Abbed Bey Haker, President of the Chamber. He is willing to accept the Premiersbip. Tbe next move lies witb King Farouk. Demonstrations were beld throughout Cairo in tbe evening. Tbe police ckarged and injured many.
