APPLICATION FOR SITE AT PORT
Application has been made by the Vacuum Oil Co., Pty., Ltd., to the Napier Harbour Board regarding the acquisition of a site at Port Ahuriri. At Monday's meeting of the board a recommendation from its reserves cominittee that the area concerned should be valued and put up to public tender was adopted. It was deeided that the question of necessarv details should be left in the hands of the board ehairman, Mr. Trevor M. Ged-dis, with power to act,
