Refugees to Trayel from Hankow to Hongkong . (Eeceived 22, 10.45 a.m.) HANKOW, Dec. 21. Over 300 foreign refugees-, many women and children. 120 Britons and 110 Americans, also Germans, Frenchmen, Italians and Eussians, booked seats on the international "Christmas Express," which is to leave Wichang on December 23 on the 600-mile journey to Hongkong. The train will be profusely decorated with national flags to enable visibility ffrom the air. The Japanese have been asked to give the train safe conduct.
