Contract For Construction. CanceJIed Matters under the Breakwater extention contract between the Napier Harbour Board and the contractor having reached a point involving a diversity of interest between the parties concerned, it has been agreed to cancel the contract, on terms satisfactov^. to both parties, and the board will now take over the work and carry it on to completion. The board now has chaTge of the entire Breakwater Harbour construction undertaking. _______ •/
