ATTLEE PREDICTS VICTORY FOR LOYALISTS
(Eeceived 21 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 20. Besides an overflow meeting in Hammersmith Hall, 9000 attended a Labour demonstration in favour of the Spanisn loyalists at Albert Hall. Major C. R. Attlee, Leader of the Opposition, referring to his recent visit, said he found an orderly Government and a civilised administration. The loyalists, given equal opportunities, would win, and tliey would have done so klready if non-interveution had been equally applied. Sir Stafford Cripps declared that British workers would hound the Government from office if it granted General Franco belligerent rights.
