FALSE ALARM OF FIRE AT PORT AHURIRI

Once inore the automatic fire' alarm at WilliamS and Kettle's No. 4 Wool store has been responsible for bringing the Port Ahuriri Fire Brigade on a false scbnt. Some little time ago a number of false alarms caiue from this quarter ■ aud a new part was installed in the alarm, but appareiitly the fault has not yet been completely reetified, as a further false alarm was given at 2.50 p.m. on Satufday.
