Fourth Evening Meeting at Napier GOOD TIMES RECORDED The fourth evening meeting of the Napier Amateur Atbletic and Cycling Club was held on McLean Park last evening when there was a good attendance of the public. The programme was a good one, and two performances which stood out from the others were Frank Sharpley's 120 yards bur-dles, and Graham Quinn's 100 yards -scratch race. fciharpley won his beat of the 120 yards low hurdles iu 14secs. dead, witb bis club-inate, P. Begley, recording 14 2-5 secs. for bis beat. In tbe bnal aharpley elected to take ihe regulation tbreefeet burdles instead of tbe low burdles in order to have a better test. In the linal he finished just bebind P. Begley wbo ran tbe distance in 14 l-5seca., so tbat ttharpley 's time, tbougb of course not separately taken, wouiu not be over 14 2-5secs. In tbe 100 yards invitation scratch race Grahain t)uinn ran rigbt away from W. J. Fitzsimmons at the hnish, winning by two yards. Miss N.
