Death of Bishop of Waiapu NAPIER BOROUGH'S REGRET "It is witb deep regret tbat I refer to the loss tbis district, and this town in particular, suffered by the death of the late Bishop of Waiapu," said tbe Mayor of Napier, Mr C. O. Morse, in proposing a vote of condolence to tbe relatives, at tbe Borougb Couneil 's montbly meeting last evening. He bad been personally acquainted witb the late Bishop Williams for tbe past 35 to 40 years. "He was a person wbo at all times did wbat he thought best, not only for bis own people of whose Church he was the bead, but for all people and tbe district and country generally. His loss is a great loss tbat the district is going to feel very deeply."
