AIR CHIEF RECALLED
May be Relieved of His Post (Received 17, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, Dec. 16. A Shanghai message says that RearAdmiral Neizo Mitsunami, chief of aerial operations, has been recalled by the Japanese autkorities "in accordance with their pledge to punish the officers responsible for the bombing of the gunboat Panay." It is understod that he will be relieved of his post.
