PICTURESQUE Ohope Beach, near Whakatane, has recently been improved and made more easy of access. This place is but one of the many delightful spots at which the holiday-maker may tarry awhile when traversing the Bay of Plenty district which is within easy motoring distance from the more widely known holiday resorts of Tauranga and Rotorua. The drive along the coast presents many scenic beauties and in the summer months is exceedingly popular.
