BOROUGH INSPECTORS PASS FIRST-AID EXAMS. The fact that the Borough Traffic Inspoetor, Mr B. Mann, passed the reeent Bt. John's Ambulance Association examination with the highest marks and that the assistant-inspeetor, Mr H. A. Grcen, was placed third in the same examination, was monlioned at the meeting of the Hastings Borough Council last evening. The inspectors thanked the council for the assistance given them in the matter of attending the courses during the year and suggested that the question of providing a first aid outfit for use of the Traffice Department be eon sidered. The inspectors were congratulated upon their buccobbcb.
