The H.B. County Council notifi.es all motorists that the Mangateretere-Te Awanga main highway between Greening's corner and Te Awanga township, will be closed to all traffie until further notice during t.ar s.ealing operations. The district engineer, Public Works Department, Napier, invites tenders up to Wednesday, December 29, for the supply and delivery of one inch and two inch stone at the Waipukuaru aerodrome. Details of requirements may be seen at the Central Hawke's Bay Aero Clnb's office, Waipukurau, and Public Works office, Napier. Twyford Sunday School will hold their break-up and prize-giving service at the sehool, Twyford, on Sunday next, at 10.30 a.m. A full muster of both scholars and parents is requested with a warm invitation to anyone interest - ed in the children.
