Appeal Allowed SYDNEY: The High Court, by a three-to-one majority judgment, allowed the appeal of the Goldsborough Mort Co., Ltd., from the decision of the State Full Court that the company was not entitled to retain out of the insurances paid on wool destroyed in the fire in the company 's stores in September, 1935, amounts representing commissions that would have been earned on the sale of the wool if the fire had nofc oceurred. Everest Climb EUGBY; Most of the party of seven men who will constitute the British expedition which next spring will make a further attempt to reach the 29,000ft. summit of Mount Everest have now been selected. Mr. H. W. Tilman, 39 years, is the oldest member of the party. He has had wide mountaineering experience, but has not previously participated in ap Everest climb. Another Arrest MELBOUENE: Harold John Eeeve, aged 37, a barman, has been charged with having murdered John Thomas Demsey, the truck driver whose body was found buried in a sack near his lorry, which was found abandoned between ^yneton and King Lake West in October. William Grahame, an Englishman who came to Australia recently, Francis O'Keefe, aged 37, of North Melbourne, and Eoy McFarlane, aged 32, Newmarket, have been charged with the same crime. In respect to the last two the police do not allege that they killed Dempsey, but that they were present when the murder was committed. Archduke's Claim VIENNA; Under the terms of the agreement announced in Court, Archduke Leopold Salvator must leave his mother's palace within 24 hours.
