ALLEGED ASSAULT
Charged with assaulting a woman so as to cause actual bodily harm at Matamau on November 30, an 18-years-old farm hand, Maxwell Taylor, was brought before Mr A. E. Bedford. J.P., iit Napier this morning. On the application of Senior-Sergbant Pender, he was remanded to appear at Dannevirke on January 5.
