(Received 15, 1.30 p.m.) SHANGHAI, Dec. 14. The Japanese completely control Nanking. The spokesinan announced that all intramural hostilities had ceased. Commanders had been ordered to protect enemy property. The invaders occupied the waterfront district of Hsiakwan, routing the defenders. Nanking is still covered by a pall of smoke owing to the Chinese having set fire to everything as they fled up the river. The spokesman added: "The capture of Nanking further strengthens _ the Japanese conviction that hostilities have just begun and will continue whiie anti-Japanese feeling persists." A Japanese naval air force bombed the aerodromes at Nanchang, destroying 18 of 30 he.avy bombers, and 10 of 15 light bombers. The Times Hongkong correspondent says the Chinese report the death of the Japanese, Admiral Osumi Ngano, as the result of injuries when 15 Chinese bombers sank the battleship Nagato on November 24, which the Japanese have never admitted.
