DUNEDIN, This Day. At the Otago swimming championships, Winnie Dunn, in a special attempt, covered the ladies 100 rnetres breaststroke in 93 secs., breaking the record of 93 1-5 secs. held by Judith Wehster. of Auckland. Islay Purdie, hy winning the 440 ladies championship requested tliat the championship be registered as her tliird title success at tho meeting.
