Miller, S.M., dismiss'ed a cliarge in the Hastings ivxagistrate's Court t.his morning against. Tennyson Heigliway, a Hastings cvcle dealer, of failiug to give way to trafific from tlie right. The evidence of the principal witness, the driver of the car which eollided with tliat of the defendant, differed from the statement he had given to the poliee in regard to the accident. Mason McCormick, of Hastings, was chargod with failing to lceep his motor ear as far as practicable to the left of the roadway and, upon conviction was fined £1 10/- with 13/- costs. Taki Winitana, of Waimarama, was fined 5/- with 17/- costs for driving a car without a licence.
