CHEISTCHUECH, This Dayv Judgment against the Australian I& vestment Corporation Ltd was return* ed by Mr Justice Northcroft In th# Supreme Court this morning in favour. of three plaintiffs who asked for the return of Investment Executive Trust debentures which they had contracted to exchange for shares in the defendant company. The grounds of the action were that they were induced to enter into a contract bv nntrue" statements made by Osmond Arthur Bridgewater, sharebroker and agent fo.r tho company. His Hononr ordered the return iO Adrienne Stokes Cook of debentures of a nominal value of £1210, together with £598 in dividends paid by the Public Trustee; to Sarah Elizabeth Collins debentures of a nominal value of £1090 and dividends of £504; and to Alexander George Kobinson, debentures of a nominal value of £1130 and dividends of £593.
