AUCKLAND, Last Night. Further important staff changes were announced by the chairman of the Auckland Transport Board, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason, at to-day's meeting. On the retirement of the present engineer, Mr. de Guerrier, at the age of 65, on April 10 next year, the offices of engineer and manager will be merged, the position being occupied by the general manager, Mr. A. E. Ford, who has been in charge of -the board's system since ,1922,
