JAPANESE MIGRANTS TO CANADA
(Eeceived 14, 10.50 a.m.) VANCOUVEK, Dec. 13. The City Council adopted a resolution asking the Dominion to cancel the agreement admitting 100 Japanese women into Canada annually. Alderman II. D. Wilson, the sponsor, declared that the birthrate in British Columbia of Japanese substantially exceeued thaT of whites. Ho issued a warning concerning peaceful penetration.
