"Colonies to be given to Germany as the result of a conference of Powers possessing colonies. "Separation of the League Govenant from tEe Treaty of Versailles. "Abandonment of the sanctions clause in Teturn for the independence of the new Spai,n. "A guarantee of present European boundaries by Italy and Germany. "A pact of non-aggression to be signed by Italy, Germany, England and France. "Mr Anthony Eden is hopeful of reaching a settlement on these lines. ' '
