AUCKLAND, Last Night, Although nq offieial advice has yet been received that the air mail from New Zealand was carried by the Empire flying-boat Cygnue, which crashed iuto the harbour at Brindisi, it is believed that two consignments have been dejayed. Cabled messages stated Australian mail weighing mere than a ton was salvaged by the Italian Post Office officials for drying and forwarding on to London. The grounds for the belief that the New Zealand mail wae included in the flying-boat 's cargo are that Dominion letters were due at London on Decembey 6, the scheduled arrival date of the Oygnus. No cabled advice of their arrival at London has yet been received at Auckland. The two consignments were those leaving Auckland by the Aorangi on Noveinher 16 and the Awatea, on Novcmbet 80. ,
