Christie, M.P., for Waipawa, and the Minister, announcing that a labour subsidy qf 100 per cept. fot the work had been granted. It was decided to send a letter of appreciation to the Minister for hjs assistance, and the board then agreed to lease the courts to the Havelock North Tennii Club at a rental of £3 per court pei year.
