DUNEDIN, Last Night'. Under the wnl of the late Mr C. Russell Sniitb, accouutant, wliose estato had been valued at £20,000, bequests of £100 aro mnle to the isurses' Memorial Fund, Moray Placo Congregational Church, and IPresbyterian Social Service Association. Subject to the failure of certain trusts the trust estate is to be dividnd equally between Moray Plaee Congregational Churcb, Presbyterian Bocial Service Association, Nurses' Memorial Fund, tho Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, and the Patients' and Prisoners' Aid Society.
