The Daily Telegraph's Perpignan correspondent s&ys that the Spanish authorities have advised the French police that the three carabineers charged with the murder of Juanole are being transferred to Barcelona for trial". Returning from a dance on Depember 7, accompani.ed by his sister and a young Spanish friend who had taken refuge in France, Sebastian Juanole, a French farmer, aged 18, was ishot dead by Spanish carabineers just inside the •French frontier near St. Laurent de Cordagne. The carabineers had told the refugee to follow him across the frontier$ but Iib ran. Juanole iutervened .and :waa ahot.
