King Leopold of Belgium on November 17 received an address of welcome from the Lord Mayor and Corporation of the City of London, the ceremony taking place at the historic Guildhall. The Recorder of . the City is seen reading the address, which was afterwards presented in a gold casket to the Royal visitor.
