He ineluded in his petition certain allegations against members of the Wigram staff concerning losses of store3. The committee heard the evidence of a number of witncsses and made a carefnl investigation, and, while having no recommendation regarding Sayer's reinstatement, it was unanimous that there was no basis for his charges against the officers.
