WELLINGTON, Thi« Day. Advice has heen received from .tho Commonwealth Government that arrahgements have been made for tho Hon. T. ,W. White, Minister of Customs,. to visit New. Zealand for tho purpose of cliscussing trade betweeii this Dominion and Australia. The Mu-, ister is due .to arrive by the Awateai on December 13, and discussions wil| * be entered into immediately. The Government for some timo haa been anxious to arrange for a revision of the existing trade agreement, which has been in operation since Novembert 1932, and it is expected that aj o result of the Australian Minister'a visit a new agreepent will be concluded, The Minister of Finance, the Hon, Walter Nash, in commenting on tho visit, said that every aspect. of .trade relations and manufacturing interest* and the ;questions of Pacific shippingand trans-Tasman air service would ho eonsidered. The main purpose of tho visit, he said, was to ensure to tho New Zealand manufacturer a legiti-i mate share of trade in -products that could he econom!eally manufactured; in the Dominion,
