Disappomtment at Matter Being Held Up (Received 9, 10.30 a.m.) LONDON. Dec. 8. Lord Craigmyle, in an address at the annnal meeting of the P. and O. Company, said that he regretted the Pacifie negotiations were not yet complete. "It is most disappointing for all that so many years have passed during which all the facts have been canvassed and thoroughly investigated by the Imperial Shipping Committee, yet the matter is still held up," he said. He proposed shortly to visit the company's agencies in Ir.dia, Australia and New Zealand.
