INVERCARGILL, Last Night. The Southland Swimmxng Centre decided to-night to nominate Joyce Maedonald as a member of the Empire Games team. Miss Macdonald, who is 15 years old, i's the present holder of the all-Southland intormediate giris' freestyle and baekstroke titles, and holds the New Zealand iutermediate girls* baekstroke record. She has been nominated for the tfgmen's baekstroke,
