Order (or Seizure Repealed (Beceived 9, 11.30 a.m.) BOUEN, Dec. 8. The Court of Appeal repealed the order for the seizUre of 1000 cases of art trfeasuree held by Basque and Asturian baUks shipped frOm Gijon co Havre by order of the Spanish Government before the entry of the insurgents into Gijon. The Court ruled that it was withiu the power of the sovereign Govemment of Spain to safeguard treksures entru* ted to it. The cases will be returhed to the Spanish Government.
