Regulations issued under, the Agriculture (Epiergepcy Powers) A'ct.qre validated and confirmed by the "Agrieulturai Emergency Regulations Confirmation Bill which was introduced by GovernorGeneral's messago in the House to-day. Under the principal Act, all such regulations have to be confirmed annually by special • legislation. The regulations dealt With in this year's Bill are the 'Dalry Boa'rd election regulations, the dairy produce (special miljc products) regulations, the export butter box poo'l regulations which are to be made retrospeetive to July l, 1936, the dairy fhctory Supply -regulations and i .the but£er marketing regulations.
