WIDESPREAD DAMAGE
Floods in Greece (Eeceived 8, 8.45 a.m.) ATHENS, Dec. 7. Torrential rains have caused sevcre flooding in western Greece. Twenty villages are inundated, several livos being lost. The losses of stock are heavy. At Sofia heavy snowstorms and rains caused serious floods and cut rail communication in several parts of Bulgaria. Three men perished in a snowdrift on Eila mountain, Widespread damago to winter crops is reported.
