• ' ' WELLINGTON, This Day. "I am very pleased to hear that the dispute has been settled," stated the Minister of Labour, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, on reeeipt of informatipn that the Auckland shipping dispute was ended. He added that it had been left to Mr Roberts to confer with the parties, and his advlce was that work was expected to be resumed at 1 p.m, to-day. "I was thinking very seriously of going to Auckland, myself," said the Minister, "but I got in touch with Mr Roberts and he agreed to go up, and I left it to him."
