MAX BAER A FATHER

Max Baer, the famous heavyweiglit boxer, has become the father of a son, thereby winning 1000 dollars from Jack Dempsey, who wagered that it would be a girl. Baer, who was highly nervous wlxen interviewed to-day, hinted that he was attempting a come-back against the
winner of the match hetween Jim Braddock and Tornmy Farr in Fehruary. / "I have something to fight for now/' he said. "I never thouglit 'Papa' was such a swell word before." The child is being named Max Baer, jun.
